What is Bikram Yoga?
Bikram Yoga is a specialized form of hot yoga that consists of a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a room heated to approximately 40°C (104°F). This unique practice was developed by Bikram Choudhury and is designed to systematically work every part of the body, giving all the internal organs, veins, ligaments, and muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function.

• Arrive 15-20 mins before class for registration.
• Come with an empty stomach and drink plenty of water (electrolytes too).
• Wear light yoga attire as the room is hot; shorts above the knees are preferred.
• Feeling dizzy or nauseous is normal when you first start.
