This discipline is very popular too because it also helps to lose weight. Note: As with all authentic Bikram Yoga classes around the world, the class is taught via verbal instructions only, without demonstration. Listening to the instructions requires full focus and concentration and that becomes part of the physical meditation - an integral part of Bikram Yoga. Practitioners are expected to stay in the room throughout the entire session.
